CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Acrylic and wooden jewellery is usually fairly sturdy, but a bit of extra care should be taken. Try not to knock your jewellery against anything too hard and avoid snagging it on clothing. It is fine for the pieces to get wet if they are dried soon after, (the wooden pieces are protected by a glossy coating) but constant exposure to harsh conditions will result in damage to the finish.

Payment
Payment for all items is expected when you order. Please note, orders are not shipped until payment is complete. If you need extra time, just let me know. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and the item relisted within 2 days if I don't receive a message from you to discuss a possible problem. I will contact you with a reminder before this happens.

I accept Paypal (accepts all major credit cards).

Shipping
I will always notify you when your purchase ships and I aim to ship all my items within three business days after payment. The three days start once I receive your payment. Business days are Monday-Friday.


I always ship to the address you have provided on your Etsy account NOT your Paypal account. However, it is always a good idea to keep your Paypal and Etsy addresses up to date and matching to avoid possible shipping errors. If you would like your order sent elsewhere then let me know on order. Please note that no responsibility is taken for lost shipments. Be sure your information is correct and up to date.

UK orders should reach you within 1 - 2 working days.
International orders are sent by regular airmail which should arrive in 3 - 5 working days.

If you would like online postal tracking or extra security for whatever reason, please contact me BEFORE you make your purchase so I can make a special listing for you with extra postage. I can also make a note to get your package out sooner if need be.

I use recycled packing where possible. 

Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to package each item as safely and carefully as possible and would never send a less than perfect item. However if you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, simply take a quick photo of the item and send me an email. I will replace the item free of charge as promptly as possible. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

If for some reason your item breaks after you have received it in proper condition, I cannot be held responsible for replacing it. Please refer to the care instructions in the Welcome section at the top of the page.



Other cases regarding refunds and exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact me before leaving feedback so we can come to a resolution that you are happy with.
