I will gladly accept returns on any item in original condition within 14 days if you are not fully satisfied. The full purchase price will be returned, minus shipping costs.

I accept payment by Paypal or money order/cashiers check. If you send payment by money order or cashiers check, it may take a while for the funds to clear.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped via first-class or Priority Mail as appropriate with USPS delivery confirmation within the United States. An email is sent to your Etsy email address (not through convo) when your order is shipped with your shipping information.

*For international shipping: I only ship on Saturday every week

-All orders are shipped internationally using USPS First Class International. There is no way to track international packages. Packages outside the United States can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If the package does not arrive to it's destination, no refund will be given unless shipping insurance is purchased.

- Shipping insurance is valid for 90 days. Please contact the shop if you have not received your order in 30 days and have bought shipping insurance with your order.

-Upgrading orders to Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS and even Fedex is totally possible. Feel free to contact the shop for these services.

*Shipping Insurance is strongly suggested. It covers up to $100 and costs only $1.25 USD for a package mailed in the United States, and $2.25 USD for international orders. Please contact the shop directly for insurance.
