About

Making crafts became my passion.

This all started long time ago. For as long as I remember I loved making crafts. I knitted, crocheted, embroidered, made crafts from felt, and etc. I created gifts (personal items and decorations) for friends and family...

At some point I decided to try and turn my hobby into something that can support me financially. I was looking at different options and discovered that Etsy was pretty much the best place for crafts makers to showcase their creations.

I am just starting with Etsy and I hope that at some point I would become a popular and trusted supplier of items that people would love.

Thank you for considering to order from Vika Creations Shop. I create all the items I put for sale myself at home and your satisfaction is very important to me.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you have about my items. As I want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase, I would be pleased to answer any questions you might have before you make a purchase.

I would do my best to provide the best customer service. I want you to be in love with the item you ordered and I would want you to come back for more and to refer me to your friends, relatives, co-workers.

If you are happy with the item, please leave the feedback. If you are not 100% happy, please let me know and I will do everything I can to correct the situation.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns due to the loss / damage during shipping:

If your item(s) is lost or damaged in the mail, I will provide a replacement ( or simply refund the amount you paid for the item(s). This replacement or a refund will be given once the damaged item is returned to me and verified to be the same exact item sold or if postal tracking can not find the missing item. In some cases, a photo of the damaged item will be sufficient - the shipping / insurance provider will determine if the item will have to be physically returned to me.

This policy on refunds for loss/damage applies to ALL items sold through my store.

Other Returns or Exchanges:

There are no refunds on custom orders such as items customized with your own characters or items personalized with names, dates, etc. Otherwise, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund of the item value, not including shipping costs.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The returned item must be in a new and unused condition - it must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it.

You must contact me before returning your item.

Cancellations:

I you change your mind after you make a payment, I have no issues with cancelling and refunding the order as long as it has not already been shipped and was not custom made as per your requirements.

Items not as expected or defective:

If an item is not what you expected to receive or is defective, please contact me we can work out a possible solution to the problem. Please include the description of the problem and include pictures whenever possible.


I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do all I can to ensure your satisfaction with my products. If you have any questions or a concern about your order, please feel free to contact me at any time.
Payment
- Made to order items will be made once the payment is received in full.
Shipping
All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

I use various shipping providers as appropriate for a specific order. You can upgrade shipping to express shipping for an extra fee.

Approximate shipping times:

Within Canada: 5 to 10 business days
to USA: 5 to 14 business days
to Europe: 10 to 21 business days
to Everywhere Else:10 to 21 business days

I cannot take any responsibility for any shipping delays that might occur as a result of the events that are outside of my control.

I try to keep my shipping rates low - I recycle boxes and packing supplies when applicable and I keep packaging minimal. I do not include invoices or printed receipts unless requested by buyer or required by law.

If you are an international customer, any duties, taxes, levies or any other fees incurred at the point of entry to the customer's country are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchase of my item does not equal the purchase of copyright or licensing rights. I retain all rights to my own original art.
