Hand crafted textile accessories, adornments and wearable art.

A desire to make special and beautifully crafted products has always been in my blood and my first exploration into art and textiles began before I can even remember. I was incredibly fortunate to grow up in a creative family in the beautiful Oxfordshire Cotswolds, a part of the world that has fuelled the imaginations of many incredible artists and designers for centuries. I spent many childhood days daydreaming about fairies, exploring beautiful countryside, drawing, painting and embellishing things with stitches and sequins.

Over the years my passion for embroidery, nature and art developed into a journey that took me to Manchester where I wrote about fairies in my dissertation (yes, really!) and achieved a degree in Embroidery (yes, really!!) After a few years out in the real world working as a Embroidery Digitiser, my journey led me on to Chelsea College of Art where I achieved a Master's degree in Textile Design and created dresses inspired by the old versions of fairy tales.

Since graduating in 2006 I have been designing and making dresses, unique bridalwear, accessories and jewellery inspired by nature, fairy tales and fantasy. Recently my work has evolved into wall art too.

In every piece I make, I hope to encapsulate the beauty and fragility of nature and create a timeless, unique design to be treasured and worn for many years to come.
I hope to inspire a sense of wonder and conjure a glimmer of magic so the owner feels special. Many of my customers get in touch to tell me how they have been complimented on their accessories and there is nothing better than hearing such wonderful feedback! It is my hope that every customer has the same experience. Here are some reviews from customers:

"Magical, Enchanting... a Work of Art"

"What an exquisite treasure!"

"I was completely blown away when my order arrived and I held the butterfly in my hand. It is absolutely incredible. I will definitely be buying more!"

I am always adding more work to this store so please check back every so often and get in touch if you have any questions or if you'd like to discuss bespoke work.

Care instructions

The embroidered and hand painted brooches are quite flexible and robust and some bending during wear is possible. The brooches can be reshaped by hand if necessary.

To keep brooches in good condition, avoid submerging in water and do not subject to high temperatures or prolonged periods of direct sunlight.

To care for the pictures, please hang out of direct sunlight and away from humid conditions.

Custom and personalised orders

I can add personalised messages to the reverse of any framed piece, or included a personalised note.

I welcome enquiries about custom orders, just get in touch!

Gift wrapping and packaging

I try to make the packaging as environmentally friendly as possible and reduce waste where I can. Your order receipt will be emailed to you and I do not send a paper receipt with the order unless it is requested.
I wrap deliveries in a single layer of corrugated cardboard that has proven to be great protection and also easy to recycle. It is then sent in an eco mailing bag made from sustainable sugar cane.
Some items may require the use of bubblewrap or extra/alternative packaging for protection.
The gift boxes are made from 100% recycled card.

I don't currently offer a gift wrapping service, but the deliveries are always well presented and if you require something extra special just get in touch, I'd be happy to help.
