Est. Dec 1, 2008, out of love and respect for sheep, vintage movies and the Finnish nature... Creativity has always played an important role in my life, and the sheep have influenced me since I was a child... Wool is my most important material and I find is just moldable as clay - except with the unbreakable featured if dropped... ;o) I've been felting since 1993. Metal and natural materials fit well in my creative hands too, and sometimes they all meet in one creation.

The surrounding sea of the Finnish archipelago is a non stop source of inspiration as there are plenty of historical and mythical information to dig in to. Folklore and ethnology provide a never-ending source of inspiration...

Vintage movies provide also inspiration with the craftsmanship of the costumes, the sets and scenes and how well even some bad movies were made, before computer animation and other effects came in the picture...Vintage movies made in familiar environments provide some historically interesting sights and feed my creativity...

Quality Before Design is the philosophy I live by, my production is small scaled and I focus on creating durable detailed products. Each item is handcrafted by me.
