1) Once purchased/downloaded, you are granted permission : a non-transferable, one-person license to use Lovink Day Graphics for your projects such as handmade craft items, stationery, greeting cards, invitations, party favors, scrapbooking, embroidery, cookies and cakes, bows, ribbons, planner supplies ( stickers, insert,etc), t-shirt, mug, teaching material, website/blog design and many more.
2) Graphic are free to be used in any Personal or Non Profit Projects. Also include in our digital clip art, element & pattern paper products : Standard Commercial Use License that limited only for "the small business or home base crafter” UP to 500 production or Less. Credit are not required but appreciated. Please note that any kind of mass production are not allowed.
3) For wholesale production exceed than 1000 copies you MUST Purchase extended Commercial license for each graphic set.
4) Digital creations such as printable Invitation, Announcement, Cards, Business Cards, Shop Banners, Party Printables, Calendars, Printable Worksheet, etc are allowed as long as image are flattened and enough of your design is added to make it a new original design. All digital creations/products must only be sold or provided for PERSONAL USE.
5) You CANNOT redistribute, share or give away the original items ( in any form ) for free. You CANNOT re-sell as is, clip art, digital element, digital stamp, digital pattern paper, digital scrapbooking kit ( single, as a group or as a part of it ), designer resource tool or anything similar to Lovink Day graphics products.
6) You CANNOT resell the graphic as a logo or part of a logo.
7) You CANNOT claim the design as you’re own.
8) You CANNOT use the design in pornographic, defamatory, offensive or in any action that prohibited by law.
9) By purchasing / downloading / using our digital products, You are agree to abide by these term of use. If there is any question or request regarding to our products please contact us.

Due to the nature of digital products, refund/exchange will not be granted. But I will try my best to work with you to find a fair solution to whatever issue that may arise within 3 days of receipt regarding to my digital file quality or image.
✪ Custom order : All payment are final and can not be refund.
✪ No refunds on abandoned projects. If within 5 days there's no respond from the client, a project will be consider as 'abandoned' and files will be deleted from my hard drive. You will be required to re-purchase the design at full price in order for me to restart the project.

Clip Art is considered as a design tool rather than a final design product. It is a premade illustration/images that can be used in wide range creative projects such as scrapbooking, cardmaking, cards, web design, and many more.
✪WHAT IS YOUR CLIP ART SIZE ?
All premade graphics are saved as 300 DPI resolution PNG format which is a PRINTING QUALITY file'. Size up to 8-10 inch each.
✪WHAT IS PNG FILE ?
PNG ( Portable Network Graphic ) file is similar to JPG file. The difference is that PNG has a transparent background and won't loose the quality during editing. With transparent background you can integrate this image on any background you like.
✪ WHAT IS ZIP FILE & HOW TO UNZIP THE FILE ?
All images are supplied to you in a ZIP file. ZIP is an archive file format that may contain one or more files / folders. After dowloading the ZIP file you need to unpack its contents in order to use it. To unzip the file you can right click on the ZIP file and choose the options 'extract'. Or you can double click on the ZIP file and it will open in a new window, you can then copy the contents to another folder.
