Wow! My beautiful bowl just arrived and I was "bowled over" by the packaging!!! It arrived wrapped in cellophane with a felt flower and fish fortune teller attached. What a lovely, thoughtful touch that made me so happy. Thank you!

Hi there, and thanks for visiting VinMo Home Décor! I hope you like what you see on the site, my crafts are very special to me, and I hope you’ll like them, too! I have tried to list as much detail as possible about my shop policies, but if you have any questions at all, please let me know. All of my items come from a smoke-free environment, and are kept in a room away from our pets.

Money Order

If you wish to pay by check or money order, your item will not be shipped until your payment has cleared. A shipping address will be provided during checkout. I will let you know once I have received the check, and when it has cleared and the item will ship.

All payments made through PayPal must be sent within 3 business days. If the payment is not received at the end of the third day, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed. If this occurs, I will convo you to let you know I am cancelling the transaction, and to make sure you’re okay. :)
Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of the item being shipped. I ship all of my items within two business days of receiving payment.

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you wish to add insurance or any other upgrades, please convo me before you purchase the item and I will re-calculate the shipping for you. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost/missing in the mail. If you are purchasing more than one item, I would be happy to combine the shipping prices for you.

I will ship items internationally, please convo me before your purchase and I will calculate the cost of shipping. VinMo Home Décor cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

Items will be shipped to your etsy address. If there is a different address on your PayPal account, I will send it to your etsy address. If you would like your item sent to a different address, please let me know in the “message to seller” box during checkout.

I do try to recycle as much as possible, so your outer packaging may be a recycled box, but rest assured the piece will be packaged well as to minimize any possibility of breakage. If you are purchasing the item as a gift, please let me know in the “message to seller box” during checkout and I will gift wrap the item for you, at no extra charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make all of my items myself, and make them to the highest standards possible. I try to use my photographs and descriptions to convey to you the exact construction and quality of the item, and I stand by each piece I make. If you have any questions about how the piece was made, please convo me before you purchase the item, and I would be glad to answer your questions.

If you receive your item and you are not happy with it, please convo me or email me at vinmocrafts [!at] gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item and I will fix/exchange the item once it is returned to me, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. As some of my items are made from one-of-a-kind pieces, an exchange may not be possible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If I made a mistake on your order, I will refund or exchange the purchase price and any related shipping fees. Refunds can only be processed through PayPal. If anything would happen to go wrong with your purchase, please contact me before leaving Feedback, so that I can try to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
