Thank you for your interest in Vintage4Angels. I would be honored to call you a client and appreciate you taking the time to read some of my "fine print". Please be sure to READ ALL POLICIES stated here. We are very thorough with our policies to protect both the seller and buyer so there is no confusion. Being aware of our policies is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask us to go against our policies or bend them for you.

Payment
The methods of payments accepted are Paypal, Credit Cards, Etsy Gift Cards and any other payment accepted for Direct Payment.
Payment is due within ONE DAY of the the date of the purchase.
Shipping
In my store there are items that are ready to ship and others that are made-to-order. I ship the parcels once a week.The pieces that are ready to ship generally will be ship on Saturdays. The pieces that are made-to-order, the production time can vary depending on the season and volume of orders. If you are asking for a custom order, I will let you know the timeline before payment.

Generally, the shipping service used to ship the parcels is First Class Mail Parcel offered by USPS (United States Postal Service). The shipping and handling charges in my store are FREE from some items and $3.66 for other items . Any additional item that you buy from my store will be sent FREE too. For example , suppose that you buy 3 items. The first one has FREE shipping and the second and third one has a shipping of $3.66 each one, then you only will pay $3.66 for the three items. If all the items has FREE shipping, then, all will be shipped FREE. If you buy 100 items that all has $3.66 shipping charges for each one, you only will be charge $3.66 for all the items purchased. This means that no matter the quantity of items that you purchased the maximum shipping charge is $3.66. I ONLY ship to USA including its territories.

The address that I will use to ship your item(s) will be the address provided by the method of payment that you choose: PAYPAL or DIRECT PAYMENT ( by ETSY). It is recommended that you check this address and update it if it is necessary before purchase any item.

I reuse packing material to ship the parcels. Most of the material that I use to pack my parcels is recycled: (old newspapers,old packing envelopes, bubble wrap, etc). I do not use fancy boxes, bags, etc. I know that for many customers the first impression is important; for me, the most important thing is that you receive your purchase in optimum condition, well wrapped that resist the shipping process. I always send my parcels with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

As soon as I send your parcel, I will email you by Etsy with the delivery confirmation number so you can track your package. If you pay using PAYPAL, it will send you an e-mail indicates that I shipped your parcel with its respective delivery confirmation number. Once you receive your shipping notice, you can begin tracking your order and have a better idea when to expect to receive your package.

I am not responsible for any additional delay in your parcel once I deliver it to the postal office. Remember that there are circumstances that are not under control of the seller like weather issues, high demand seasons like Christmas, any human error (nobody is perfect), etc., that may cause any delay to receive your item(s).

By this reason, is that, please, allow up to two weeks to 31 days to receive your parcel. The 30 days is the maximum period of time that a parcel should arrive to its destination to USA. Even though it is very rare that this occur, can happen. These transit times are worst case scenarios and not the average.
Refunds and Exchanges
NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEM
Please, READ the description of the item(s) that you are interested carefully. Check all the photos too. I provide to you a full description of all my pieces. If you think that you need any additional information, additional photos, etc., do not hesitate to ask PRIOR any purchase. I am confident that every item is as described. If, even though you READ carefully all the information provided, checked all the photos, and asked all the questions and/or additional photos necessary to clarify any doubt prior purchase the item(s), and, when you received you have the evidence the item(s) is (are) not as described, you must send an email me within 2 DAYS upon receiving the item/s to tell me of the problem. For return item, you are responsible for return shipping charges. The shipping charges are not refundable.

LOST PARCEL
Please contact me if you don’t get your package in 30 days (this is the minimum period required to file a claim as lost parcel) so that I will file claim to track the package. The money will be refunded 60 days after purchase if the package gets lost. If the tracking records show 'Delivered', that means delivered. It's not lost. That's how USPS distinguishes delivered and lost.

DAMAGED PARCEL
It is your responsibility to check and wear the item(s) that you purchased as soon as you received it (them). Remember that all my parcels have a track number; so, I know when you received them. Even though you think that you are not to wear the item (s) purchased immediately, again, I repeat: it is IMPORTANT that check and wear the item (s) that you purchase as soon as you received it (them). I send all parcels with delivery confirmation so that you and I can track it (them). All my parcels are packed carefully so you will have the warranty that you will receive your purchase in the condition that you bought it. But, if even with all the protection the item is faulty upon arrival, are broken or has been damaged in the shipping process (please provide photos in each instance) and depend of the type of damage, I reserve the right to ask you that return the item in its original packing with postmark within 24 hours of receipt or stay with the item, to be eligible for a full refund.


PARCELS THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Most of my items are made with crystals, gemstones, semiprecious beads, etc. Each gemstones and crystals have different hardness. If, for example, the piece fall to a floor, exist the possibility that it will broken depend of the hardness of the stone. It is not my fault that you do not take care of your jewelry. In a case like the one mentioned above, I do not offer a refund. I do not offer refund in custom listings and large orders. A custom listing is just for you. By the other hand, I can't sell such large quantity to other buyers if you return your large order. Please make sure if you really want to do it before you place the order. Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of many of my jewelry and accessories, I do not accept returns in the event you change your mind. Items which are damaged in the course of the normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return. This will include damage to the clasps for the continuous use, wear of the gemstones, bracelets, etc. I cannot accept returns of items which have been used, worn, are damaged for its use or soiled.

Additional policies and FAQs
CARE:
My jewelry is for the most part dainty which means it is also delicate. Some of my jewelry are made with crystals, gemstones, leather, vintage pieces, etc. This means you must have some common sense caring my jewelry creations. Do not swim, shower or get any of the jewelry wet! (except the crochet anklets). Store the items in a cool, dry place. Do not wear Vintage4Angels Jewelry while doing vigorous activities like exercise.


Any item that is crocheted, can be hand wash only with a mild soap. This includes the anklets, necklaces, headbands, etc. In case of the crocheted flower brooches if you need to clean them, remove the back pin, immerse the flower in warm water and hand wash it. Then saw again the back pin to the back of the flower.

To open/close any kind of clasp you should put your fingers in the clasp and open/close it; not in the necklace, thread , leather cord or any other pieces that is attached to it. Even with the better super glue of the world or the most expensive necklace of the world, if you pull a piece that is delicate by the chain, cord, thread, etc., you probably should broken it.

Remember to roll stretch bracelets on to the wrist rather than pull them.

Please note: All of my jewelry is handmade. Please do not expect it to be perfect. With soldering, leather work, electroforming, wire wrapping, basic bench work, crochet, etc., I craft pieces that look handmade. My jewelry is not made to be perfect nor is intended to look like a machine made product. If you are expecting a perfect item, please, do not order. I photograph my jewelry in natural lighting to best show the colors however colors may vary slightly from computer screen to computer screen.

Custom order inquiries are welcome. The turnaround time varies, depending on if I have to order more supplies to complete your request. I do ask for a 50% deposit on custom orders.
