Welcome to Vintage and Loved

We are a small British boutique selling fabulous vintage treasures to customers worldwide. From vintage reading glasses and sewing machines to transistor radios and binoculars- we believe . . .
. . . sometimes older is better!

In an age of cheap mass production, more and more of us are appreciating the craftsmanship of days long gone. And as our environment becomes more polluted, we are conscious that instead of constantly buying new things, we must look after and recycle the old.

Ethics:
We care about our customers and we want them to enjoy their shopping experience with us. we believe that some traditional values are worth keeping and so we do our very best to deliver a personalised, friendly and trustworthy service.

Eco Friendly:
We use recycled paper products whenever possible. We re-use packing products (bubble wrap, boxes etc) whenever possible and only purchase biodegradable packing products.

Free traditional gift wrapping-
After firstly being securely wrapped in ample layers of bubble-wrap, your purchase will be gift-wrapped in cream, acid-free tissue paper and tied with pretty string. A lovely gift tag (in the style of a small vintage manilla luggage tag) will be attached with a hand-written "Thank You" from us to you. Your order will then be carefully packed into a box (with plenty of protective padding to ensure a safe journey) and securely wrapped in traditional brown manilla wrapping paper.

We currently accept payment by paypal only. Please pay in full within 5 working days of purchase or the item/s will be re-listed.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within four working days.

We know how disappointing and annoying it can be to receive something damaged through the post and so we take great care to pack each item with adequate care and protection.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are granted for genuine reasons and if the customer complies with the refund/return policies stipulated below.

Returns are permitted but you must notify us within 14 days and goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Buyer is to pay the return postage.

Orders received damaged in transit must be reported to us within 14 days. Please keep all packaging as we may ask you to send us photographs showing the damaged parcel and the damage to the item/s for insurance claim purposes.

Orders not received must be reported to us within 28 days from the dispatch date (you will have received a dispatch notification on the day your order was shipped).
