I am passionate about lots of different vintage, but I I particularly love to shop for small and rare vintage Christmas/Holiday items, ornaments, figurines, fine hankies, interesting ties, cups and glasses, pins and pendants. It is fascinating how over the years/decades the taste in things has changed. We look back with nostalgia and appreciation for little treasures from the past. Thank you for buying vintage!

I ship to many countries. International buyers, please convo us for a shipping quote if you don't see your country listed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Buyers must report any damages within three (3) days of receipt of package. Buyers must fill out and return insurance claim affidavits to receive a refund for a damaged or lost item. The insurance company may require photos, so save the item AND the box and all packaging.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not as it is described in the listing, please contact us within three business days of receipt of package and we will work with you to make things right. Buyers are responsible for return postage and item must be shipped by the same method of postage and the same careful packing, as received.

Insurance is included with your package, so let us know within three business days if your item arrives damaged, or has not arrived after a reasonable time.

We will provide buyers with an insurance claims affidavit, if damage or loss is reported.

It is the buyers responsibility to fill out and return insurance claim affidavits within 30 days of report of damage. The insurance company may require photos, so save the item AND the box and all packaging.

Paypal and credit cards accepted by Etsy.

SHIPPING COSTS: This shop uses the Etsy automated shipping cost calculator.
If you order multiple items, and the total automated shipping cost comes to more than the ACTUAL shipping cost, we will refund you with any over-payments of $2.00 or more immediately after shipment has been made.
Shipping
1-3 business days from date of order.
Shipment takes place promptly, most of the time the day after your order has been received, but always within 3 days of receipt of your order.

You will find the tracking number by checking your order on Etsy.

Please make sure that your address is correct on your PayPal and Etsy accounts.
If you purchase using PayPal, I will ship to the PayPal address, unless you advise me otherwise. If you purchase using Etsy Payments, I will ship to the Etsy address listed on your order. Please make sure these addresses are correct. No refunds will be made for items that do not reach if your address is in error. If the item is a gift for someone else and you want it sent to an address other than your own, please convo me or make a note of that in the "notes to seller" when placing your order.

ATTENTION APARTMENT RESIDENTS: If your apartment building does not accept package deliveries, it is your responsibility to provide us with an address where your package can be delivered and accepted.

If your package is refused delivery and returned to us, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay to have the item re-shipped to another address.

Most items ship via First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail, please contact us PRIOR to purchase and we will add that option to the listing.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees levied by the destination country. PACKAGING;

We pack all sales with great care and well protected. Most glass items are double boxed.
We use clean boxes, but occasionally may have to use clean, recycled boxes and packaging material.

When you place an order with vintagebyclaudine on Etsy, we receive your name and address for delivery from Etsy. We will only use this information to process and deliver your order.

The only time we will share/use your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. We will not pass on this information to any third parties for any purpose, except as listed below:
