A beautiful item, but it leaks so is useless. This wasn't made clear when Bought. I was disappointed, but when I let the seller know they provided a full refund. Many thanks to Lisa and Peet for such good custome service

Payment
Payment:

All payments are due within 5 business days of purchase. If within these 5 days we’ve not received your payment we will cancel your order.
Shipping
Deadlines:

You'll receive a confirmation of your order as soon as possible, usually on the same day.
When your package is shipped, you'll receive a shipping notice including a tracking code.

We ship within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your order.
All purchases made on Friday and in the weekend will be handled on Monday.


Packaging and handling:

Your items are handled and packaged with great care. We try to package and ship items as “greenly” as possible with reused packaging materials—it helps the environment and also keeps costs down.


Shipping:

We ship out orders twice a week: on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We ship to the address listed on your PayPal, your Etsy account or an address provided by you. If you've moved and haven't updated your address, please contact us.

We ship with PostNL, unless you prefer us to use another postal service. Please contact us before you order if you want us to use another postal or shipping service.

Within the Netherlands, we use PostNL basispakket, unless you choose you have your item sent as aangetekend pakket.

All items sold to locations outside of the Netherlands ship with track and trace, unless you choose to have them sent without track and trace. Shipping without track and trace is a cheaper option, but in our experience it is preferable to have a barcode to track a parcel.
Please contact us with your wishes.

For expensive items we strongly advise you to choose the option "registered mail" when you order. Items sent via registered mail are insured for a value of € 500.


Insurance:

Should you require an extra insurance on top of the insured value of 500 Euros of a parcel sent by registered mail, please contact us.


Taxes, charges, or fees:

Please note that buyers will be responsible for any customs taxes, charges, or fees for international shipping. We do not mark packages as gifts or misrepresent their value.
Refunds and Exchanges
It's vintage!

Please keep in mind that vintage items have been around for decades, and often show signs of age. They are rarely perfect but that is often part of their character and charm. The condition of an item is shown in the pictures and will always be described as accurately as possible.
And please note that vintage electrical items may not meet current safety standards.


Concerns or issues:

Please contact us immediately with any concerns or shipping issues you may have.
We will work with you to resolve any issue. Your satisfaction and continued business is very important to us!


Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after receipt of the goods. If you wish we can provide you with a cancellation form.


Returns and refunds:

You have the right to return an item within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
The purchase price will be refunded.
You will be refunded within 5 business days after we receive the return item.

Buyer pays shipping when returning items. Shipping costs are NON-refundable.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.


Items damaged during shipment:

What to do when your purchase arrives damaged or broken?

Please contact us immediately.

Please provide us with the following information within THREE WORKING DAYS after receipt of the item:

1. Photographs of:
-the shipping box
-the adress label and barcode
-a close up shot of the barcode
-a close up shot of any damage to the shipping box
-one or more photos of the inner packaging
-one or more photos of the damaged item
-one or more close up shots of the damaged item

2. A damage report from your local post office (non-EU only).
With shipments to locations outside of the EU, you, the adressee, must take the parcel and the damaged item to your local post office and ask for a damage report.
Send us a copy of the damage report. Without this damage report we cannot file a claim.

With the information provided by you we will file a claim with the carrier or postal service on your behalf. We cannot file a claim with the postal service if the information provided by you is incomplete.
Once we have received compensation from the carrier or postal service we will issue a refund of the item’s purchasing price. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
We cannot issue a refund if for whatever reason the damages claim with the postal service is unsuccessful.

Keep the shipping box and the damaged item until the claim is settled and you have received the refund.

Please note that only parcels sent via registered mail, or insured parcels are eligible for a damage claim. Parcels sent via standard shipping are NOT eligible for a damage claim.

Please note that we do not as a standard ship via registered mail. We only do so on the buyer's explicit request.


Parcels delayed or lost during shipment:

Delays are unusual, but they do sometimes happen for various reasons.
You can track the progress of the shipment using the link provided by us in the shipping notice we email with every order.
If the status says your parcel has been delivered and you have not received it, please check with your local postal service.
In some instances couriers have left parcels at neighbour’s houses, so you might want to check with them as well.
If after one month after the shipping date you still have not received your parcel we will ask the postal service to start an investigation on your behalf into the status of the parcel. In some instances you are required to fill out a form stating you have not received the parcel. We will provide you with that form.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during shipment.
If an item is lost during shipment we can on your behalf file a damages claim with the postal service. Parcels sent via standard shipping are NOT eligible for damages claims.
Once we have received compensation from the carrier or postal service we will issue a refund of the item’s purchasing price. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
We cannot issue a refund if for whatever reason the damages claim with the postal service is unsuccessful.


Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels:

We ship to the address listed on your PayPal, your Etsy account or an address provided by you. If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer we cannot be held responsible.

If a package is returned to us because it has been unclaimed or the address provided is incorrect, we will message you with two options:

• We can re-ship the item for an additional shipping fee

• We can refund the purchase (minus the original shipping fees and minus 10% handling cost.)

Emails or orders received outside of business hours will be processed the next day.
