Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
At this point we are unable to issue monetary refunds, however we will gladly issue store credit in exchange for returned merchandise, minus the transaction fees we were charged by Etsy and the credit card company (if applicable.) Your store credit will not expire, and can be used for any future purchase on VintageDress!
Payment
You do NOT need a Paypal account to shop at VintageDress! Although we still accept Paypal payments, we also receive credit and debit cards online using Google checkout, a free service for you! We also still accept money orders or checks through the mail as well! We do require checks to clear before shipment is made. *Note we do NOT accept international checks through the mail. All international orders must be paid with Paypal or Google Checkout.
Payment by Paypal or Google Checkout online is required within 3 days from date of purchase. Payment by mail is expected within 5 days. Failure to pay will result in a canceled sale and negative feedback. We really hate doing that, so please pay for items you purchase! :)

Shipping
Your fabulous vintage items are shipped Priority Mail the next day after payment is received (or cleared)--excluding Sundays--for orders within the Continental United States unless otherwise noted in the listing. We ship First Class Mail internationally on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Tracking and insurance ARE EXTRA charges. If you'd like either tracking or insurance, just message me before payment is sent so I can add that extra charge onto your total. If you do not request tracking and insurance before payment is made, there will be none added onto your shipment.
If you have any special requests such as Express Mail, or Priority International Mail, please message me BEFORE payment is made. Thanks!
*Please be aware that international shipping rates increased in America on May 11, 2009. We will still offer you the most affordable and safest shipping deals we can.
I am not responsible for international delivery delays, customs delays, or duty taxes incurred.
At this time, shoes & leather goods cannot be shipped to Italy.
If items are returned to me due to incorrect addresses listed on buyer's Etsy account, the buyer will be charged the new shipping fees before item is shipped again to the correct address. Please make sure your Etsy address is up to date! :)
