Terrible customer service!!!! Ordered this on Sept 16. 2 weeks later I finally get an e-mail saying that it was shipped with my "tracking" info, but there was no tracking number! 2 more weeks go by and I finally ask the seller for the tracking info. NO RESPONSE. 5 days later I ask again and she doesn't apologize or say anything at all, just responds with the tracking # in the subject line. BAD SIGN. Now it has been a month since I ordered it. I check the tracking # on USPS and she just shipped it the day before!!! Obviously, either lied about shipping it on 9/30 or just forgot to ship it? Who knows, but I sent an e-mail saying how disappointed I was with her lousy customer service and get NO RESPONSE. No surprise there. Would never order from this person again. Very apathetic and rude service.

Horrible. I never received item, they never answered my emails, and of course did not reimburse me.

The item item was ordered in June and took weeks just to get shipped even though the seller is in the US. Then it was shipped to the wrong address. I reached out to the seller as soon as I caught the mistake and again two more times. I NEVER got a response. Finally I went to the incorrect shipping address and luckily the resident was kind enough to have held it for me in the hopes that I was going to come looking for it. I still have not received any contact about the situation from this seller. I will never buy from her again and would NOT recommend her!!! She gets a zero rating from me.

Are you unhappy with the item? Was it not as described, or damaged? Do you want to return it, since it was worthy of "zero" approval?
If you love a piece enough, it will inevitably...perfectly....naturally find its place in your home.
Born and raised in the South, my grandmother was an antique dealer, and as a child I spent weekends with her rummaging through every garage sale, estate sale, and flea market around. Needless to say, I developed an extreme appreciation for the past and all its treasures.
I will reserve items for 36 hours upon request. If payment is not received within this time period the item will be returned to general inventory, and any discounts which may have applied to the purchase of the item or items will have to be renegotiated. Please convo me if you need further time so that possible arrangements can be made.

~ I always try to ship within 4-5 business days, however if for whatever reason I am unable to, I will notify you promptly.
~ All items are packed very carefully and shipped with repurposed materials when at all possible.
~ I do the best I can in estimating shipping costs, and refund any shipping overages within $2 back to the customer. If you are interested in some of my larger items, it's a good idea to convo me with your exact location so I can get a fair and accurate shipping cost for both of us.
~ I will gladly ship any item internationally, however please note:
International buyers will need to convo me BEFORE purchasing an item if they need/want an item in a certain amount of time. USPS may not be able to guarantee international shipping by a certain date due to varying international customs regulations, etc.
If you need an item quickly, please convo me to see if this can be acheived with the shipping costs listed, or if it will require a higher shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me WITHIN 14 DAYS of the actual delivery date (for international customers within 14 days of receipt of item) so we can discuss your concerns and/or available options.
If a return is necessary, the item must be received back to me in the same condition as it was when sent out to you, with the buyer being responsible for return postage costs (there may be exceptions for European customers due to recent EU regulation changes).
