Then I wouldn’t have been shocked to find out that this seller routinely just doesn’t ship an ordered and paid-for item, and doesn’t respond to communication about said item, leaving the buyer with no other option but to turn to Etsy for a refund.

1 out of 5 starsThis item was NOT 18" tall, only 13". I wanted it to match another doll. It did not, so I sent it back. Now the ETSY seller says that they never received it. I do not believe them. I am VERY unhappy with this seller. Now I am out $127 and I have no doll.
