    Returns and exchange details
    Because every item we sell are one-of-a-kind unique vintage finds, all items are sold 'As-Is' whereas refunds are not accepted. Given there is a possibility an item may suffer damage during transit, Insurance is highly recommended. We take great care in packaging your item but your carrier may not.

    Please examine the item(s) in detail by scrolling over it or clicking on the thumbnails as the photos are considered a part of the description. Most items are vintage ( 25 plus years old ) or antique ( prior to WWII ) and have been used by at least one or more previous owners and therefore will show some signs of such use or age and are not new, if you are not accustomed to purchasing antique or vintage items or are looking for a pristine / new item; please, look closely at the pictures and ask questions, if needed. Every effort is made to be accurate and forthcoming in all descriptions; striving for happy return clients is my goal!
    Shipping
    Order processing time from 1 to 3 business days from the day of payment.. Handling time ensures that items are packaged safely and securely to prevent any damage before reaching its final destination. Items are usually shipped via USPS standard shipping or sometimes Priority Mail.

    If you are in need of expedited shipping please send a note prior to purchasing and we will adjust the shipping amount on the listing.

    We are happy to ship internationally. Please send a note with postal code for a shipping quote. Custom fees and taxes are the buyers responsibility.

    Shipping Delays:
    VintageFlowertop is not responsible for any type of shipping delays by shipping carrier including, but not limited to, Weather Conditions, Natural & Man Made Disasters, Transportation Issues, Etc.

    Insurance Claims:
    You MUST retain ALL packaging material in the event the product arrives damaged. FAILURE TO RETAIN PACKAGING will result in your claim being DENIED and all damages will be at the buyers expense. VintageFlowertop is NOT responsible for your USPS, UPS & FedEx claim in the event an item arrives damaged, however, VintageFlowertop will provide support within our ability as requested by the buyer. Also note any Claims must be reported within 24 hours of tracking confirmation delivery. Upon return based off prior statement above, VintageFlowertop reserves the right to charge a processing fee of up to 25% and no less than 10% prior to processing purchase price minus applicable shipping & handling charges.
