Shipping
I require a tracking number with all my orders that are domestic. Shipping internationally will not come with a tracking number and I do not guarantee that an international item will arrive. You are more than welcome to buy the insurance for the item and then file for that if your item doesn't arrive.

Please allow for 2-4 days on your item being shipped. I usually get my items send by next day, but I always want to be sure they are packaged correctly and securely and may take a trip to the store to get the right packaging for your item.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:

Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes.

Please also be aware that as the seller we do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.

The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

We will not put false information on Customs Forms. Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am very careful about how items are described and will always point out any chips, tears or markings. These are vintage items and some imperfections are expected. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I am happy to refund in full on the return of the item in same condition. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

If you have a broken item arrive and the item was packaged appropriately, I do not give refunds anymore. You can buy the shipping insurance and that is what you can get your money back from. I have had to refund too many items for the negligence of the Postal Service on items that were shipped in a safe way and still arrived broken.

The tracking number that I require should show you where your item is, and when it should arrive. Please be patient as I have seen items take a long while sometimes that were shipped the day they were bought. The postal service is certainly not the most reliable thing, but it mostly get's the package there.

Please, always contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I will make every effort to leave you a happy, and returning customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Reserved. Due to disappointing potential buyers finding reserved notices on items they would otherwise love to purchase, I will no longer be taking requests to reserve listings. I have found it often leaves customers discouraged when an item is listed on the site, but not available to them to buy. Thanks so much for your understanding.
