This piece is wonderful! I loved the images of it (they were a fair representation of the piece), but that it looks even better in person. The details are fabulous! Also, it shipped very promptly. Great artwork and great service--perfect!

Returns and exchange details
When you have your purchase in hand, if you are not 100% happy with it, you can request a refund for the sale price within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs, and must ship it back out within 21 days of receipt. The refund will be issued when the item is received by me.
Payment is required at time of purchase, but please let me know if you really need longer, and we can work something out. If I do not hear from you at all or have not received payment after 5 days, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.
If you have any problems, please let me know.
"Shipping" costs include cost of packaging and also help towards PayPal and Etsy fees. If actual shipping and handling costs are significantly lower than all the postage and fees, I will refund the difference via PayPal. If you would like insurance, please let me know, and I will send you an updated PayPal invoice.
Buyers outside the US, please note: You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, etc that your government may charge you. The law requires that I state the value of the item at the price you paid for it.

Depending on your request, I can sometimes take a custom order if you want something similar to something in my shop, but I also have a day job and so cannot guarantee prompt turnaround at this time. Feel free to convo me if you have a request.
