Welcome to Vintage Shop 11. I'm Nicole and I sell vintage shoes, bags, clothes and some accesories from the 70's, 80's, and 90's. My items reflect my love for genuine leather, bright colors, and bold prints.

Accepted payment methods

Domestic items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.


All international orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

All items shipped international are shipped First Class Mail Int'l, which is the lowest cost. Shipping FCMI does not come with tracking information. If you would like to purchase insurance please convo me prior to purchasing the chosen item.

If your order has not arrived in a timely fashion, please contact your local postal service or postal customs services.

I do understand that in some countries customs fees are charged for items that have been shipped from overseas. Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for custom hold ups or fees.

Refunds and Exchanges
All items are vintage and have been formally owned. Items are subject to wear. For that reason I take great photos that show the item at all angles. In addition to taking great photos, I also measure items carefully and describe the items in detail with all flaws disclosed,

REFUNDS- Refunds will be granted in the event an item was extremely misrepresented by me. To receive a refund, the customer will need to contact me within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. You will need to ship the item back at your expense, and you will be refunded the cost of the item upon me receiving the merchandise.

RETURNS- Returns are accepted if you find that the item you have purchased was described and represented accurately; however, it does not fit the way that you expected. This could be due to a misread in description or an inaccurate comparison of measurements.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, letting me know that you would like to exchange the item for one that is currently in the shop. I will convo you back and place the item on hold for up to 4 days. You will need to ship the item back immediately, at your expense, and upon receiving the item, I will inspect it. If everything is okay, I will adjust the price on the new item for which you only pay shipping fees and the cost difference if you choose an item that cost more. Upon receiving payment, I will ship the item.
