Welcome to my shop. I'm so happy that you found me on Etsy.

It's important to me that my customers are 100% happy with their purchase. For that reason I go into great detail about each item listed. I try to point out every bump and bruise that I see. I prefer to list as many flaws as I can see rather than be vague in a listing and have a customer be surprised by what they receive.

Remember that I sell vintage (second hand) items. It's unlikely that an item is going to be in perfect condition.

The post office can be pretty brutal to packages, so I take every precaution to ensure that it reaches you safely. I wrap everything very carefully. I do not skimp on the bubble wrap and packing paper. I also insure it with the post office. Please let me know if you prefer not to insure the item or if you would like to add shipping confirmation.

If you are purchasing multiple items you can either contact me first and I will calculate the combined shipping and change it on the listings or after you have made your purchase I will refund your paypal account or direct pay account for the difference in shipping.

The listed shipping amount is an estimation. If I over estimate the cost of shipping by more than $1.00 I will refund the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
All purchases are final. Only if I have misrepresented an item may that item be returned and a refund issued.

All items are insured, unless you have requested otherwise. If an item arrives damaged and is obviously due to the mishandling of the package by the post office you must follow their procedures to be issued a refund. I've been told by the post office that this may take up to 30 days.

Having been said, knock on wood, I've never had to deal with the post office. I go to great lengths insure the item makes it to you safely.

If you have chosen not to insure your items and something is damaged in the mail you will have no recourse.
