One Epic Duo of Crafty Craftyness

Both Clay and Tori have been natural born artistic crafters since they were very little. Unsurprisingly enough when they married they became a dynamic duo of unstoppable awesomeness and they are pretty sure that their crafts show it. What one can't do- the other usually can. This makes for some super awesome crafts.

They spend their days fighting crime one stitch at a time and their nights are usually spent doing crafty repair jobs on random items scavenged from the outside world. It is truly epic.

That all being said please join us in the great adventure of making this world really REALLY cool and purchase one of our items just for the sake of coolness. <3

In the following sections I'm going to make note of my Shop policies- if you have any questions that are not answered here then feel free to message me here or send an email.

Due to the customizable nature of my work, most of my items are made to order- we will quote you a time frame for which it will take us to happily craft your item.
We can take rush orders on custom items but it WILL cost more. I'm sorry for this but the process to make the flowers means that injure my hands with rush orders and therefor cannot work as fast and our product output begins to lag.

We can only take so many rush orders at a time so I will have to limit it and I may turn you away if our que is full. We apologize and hope you understand. Sadly we are only human and can only take on so much while staying sane.

Returns and exchanges
Currently we are not offering refunds and exchanges for ANYTHING that has been over two days "received".
After this option was abused by a person who would order and then wear and then exchange after a week and continuously do so.

As we are a private seller we reserve the right to say NO.

I CAN make exceptions though but I will deal with it on a case by case basis. For refunds or exchanges you need to contact us within two days of receiving your item. We are sorry to say but you are responsible for your return shipping costs. A refund will be issued if, upon arrival, the item has not sustained any additional damage (aka- if you reported to me that the item has a rip in it, but it gets returned to me with a rip in it AND it's had paint leaked on it, no refund).
PS- the flowers are "rustic" for a reason- they WILL have rips on PURPOSE and their edges are "burnt" on purpose. It can be seen in the pictures so we ask that if THAT is your problem then we will NOT be issuing a refund.

I hope you understand.
Accepted forms of Payment: I accept PayPal and checks. I have, in the past, accepted money orders but due to complications with these payment methods....

On that note if your payment is "lost in the mail" because you sent a check- I will not be held responsible. It was your own decision to choose that dangerous payment method.

On that note- for all check payments I will NOT SHIP until your check has FULLY cleared. No ifs ands or buts. I have dealt with check fraud before and I refuse to be the victim of someone's pettiness ever again.

Time line for payment: Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase for paypal and you have 72 hours to mail a check. If the date stamp does not match I will know you are lying. I do not work with lying people. If you purchase an item and then have some kind of financial disaster and are not able to pay within the allotted hours, *please* let me know. I can only be of assistance if I know what is going on. I can either A) make arrangements with you for a specific date within the near future at which point you will make the payment or B) cancel your order and re-list your items without any negative feedback. If you order then do not pay or email me, I will be forced to re-list the items and leave negative feedback... which I really don't like doing. Good communication is really best for everyone!

For custom work: Payment is due upfront. If you are ordering a pricey item or combination of items I do make special arrangements (for example, half up front, and the other half upon completion) however your order will not ship until your final payment is made.
I ship to confirmed PayPal addresses ONLY! (in case of checks I will make exceptions) If your PayPal address differs from your actual address, you need to include a "note to seller" IN PAYPAL when you purchase your item. Sending an Etsy message with a different address is not effective, as there is no connection with your Etsy name to the actual payment that has been made, and we print our shipping labels directly from PayPal. (unless the printer is broken... but the point is- put it in the correct message space!)

All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated or specifically requested. This insures that if you live in the continental United States that your package will reach you in 2-3 business days after the ship date. Extra large/over-sized packages will be mailed using Fed Ex Ground. (i.e. large dresses and swords)

Express mail or overnight can be requested, but as you might expect it does cost a bit extra. In some cases (depending on package size and weight) quite a bit extra. If you need something in a hurry, message me here or email me and I can calculate any additional shipping charges for you.

ALSO- I will NOT under any circumstances ship to a buyer in Australia. I have had MANY bad experiences with Australian customers and know many fine sellers who has suffered the same. I apologize for this but it is now NECESSARY.
