Returns and exchanges

Our items are non-refundable. If your item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. If the error is on our part, we will gladly redo or replace your item immediately, at no additional charge. If the error is made by the customer, we will replace the order at a discount plus shipping.

Payment

We accept payments via paypal with an e-check or credit card, money order and checks. Your check or money order must clear before we start working on your order.

Shipping

We ship our products through the United States Post Office. Most of our items are "made to order" which means that we create your item when you place your order. Production time for our made to order items are 7-10 business days plus shipping. If you need your order sooner let us know and we can see what we can do. If you need to place a large order please discuss production and shipping times with us. Thank you
