Current shipping times:

Due to pandemic we only ship with express shipping with Fed Ex, UPS or TNT.

Approximately delivery times after shipping:

Shipping to US/Canada/Australia : 5-8 work days according to the reciepents state.

Europe: 4-7 day work days

Please note that even with express shipping sometimes custom or transfer delays happen due to pandemic.

We work with a local express shipping company who works with worldwide companies. We will enter a tracking code after approximately 2 days after shipping when we get tracking number from our local company.

We will not accept any returns because of pandemic unless there is a mistake made by us. Please examine and decide carefully before purchase about the size and color etc. and ask anything if you are not sure.

Buyer will pay for return shipping costs and custom fees for returning an item to me. When we get the item and if it is not used we will refund you. Please contact us with us for learning more about returns.

We are not responsible for taxes or custom fees according to your country . We ship your orders with a tracking number( registered). If you want insurance , please convo us about costs.

Sometimes shipping will be late due to customs please allow for a few days more. We will refund you or send you the new ones if you don't get your orders.

We try to reflect the natural color of every item however it can change from computer/ monitor to computer/ monitor.

Please note that mannequin in the pictures is X-small size, so please consider the size of the item compared to a X-small mannequin / upperside body . Please give attention to the measurements ( length, width in inches and cm) given in the item description .

If you are not happy with your order please send us a convo before leaving a negative feedback. We’ll discuss it and we’ll do our best four your satisfaction ,including refunds (excluding shipping).

For damaged items in the post/during shipment a photo of the damaged item ( even with a phone camera) will be needed for replacing the item or refunding you.

For free shipping items or other items : if your packages returns to us because it is unclaimed ( nobody at the adress to receive the package) or because you give us a wrong adress we can send you the package when it return to us if you wish to pay the shipping fee for second shipping. We are not responsible for the resending shipping fee .

We send our items by delivery with signature . Please leave a shipping adress that anybody can be found at home for delivery during day or just leave your work adress.
