Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
To process a damage claim, you are required to send me an image of the broken item, as proof of damage. Depending on the circumstances I may request that the item be returned for repair.
Payment
Payments are due at the time of purchase. A 2 day grace period will be accepted, but immediate payment is much appreciated.
Shipping
I will use the address that you provide to Etsy for shipping, I may request address confirmation by email if this address doesn't match your PayPal address.
The list below shows the shipment times according to Canada Post:
- Quebec: 3 to 5 days.
- Canada: up to 2 weeks.
- US: up to 2 weeks.
- International: up to 3 weeks.
Please understand that I am not responsible for transit delays and that once a package is out of my hands, I can't do anything about it!
Shipping fees include postage, bubble envelope, packaging materials, etc.
By accepting to purchase an item, you agree to pay the shipping fees, as well as the secondary shipping fees (in other words the "shipped with another item" fee).
Please note that in case of package lost. The cost of shipping is NOT refundable.
