Welcome to our Etsy store! We have been screen printing and making clothing for over 30 years. We do everything by hand ourselves- design, pattern making, screen printing, cutting, sewing, etc

Returns and exchange details
Please note that I have no control over the different colour/ shade variants of what a photo of the garment may look like on different screens, monitors, phones, etc. If you are very particular about colour shade variables, please contact me first- I may be able to send you a fabric swatch in the mail.
If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, Please let me know immediately after receiving your item.
*Please note that the item must be returned unworn and in its original condition before any refund can be processed.
*All of the return shipping costs and shipping costs for us to send a replacement are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund or replacement item will be shipped as soon as original is received back again.
*There will be no refunds or replacements for loss or damage that occurs during transit (unless tracking was purchased).
*I cannot do swaps if you have ordered the wrong size-please measure carefully
Please use a tape measure to measure yourself -in most cases I am happy to make to your measurement if it is within an inch or two from my standard sizes without any extra fee.
Payment
Any cancellation of an order must be within 24 hours of cart purchase.
Shipping
I make to order all the items I sell. Please allow currently 5-7 business days before dispatch.

NEW ZEALAND -Next business day courier post, OR please choose the shipping upgrade 'NZ RURAL' if your address contains 'RD' this also includes Waiheke island etc.(2-3 days for rural addresses) If your address is rural and you have not chosen shipping upgrade there will be delays until you've paid the balance.
We will send a tracking number and a confirmation immediately when shipped.

INTERNATIONAL-
We recommend paying for TRACKED shipping for parcels going to locations other than New Zealand as we will not take responsibility for missing parcels using standard airmail. However, we can provide partial tracking until it arrives in your country. We have no way of tracing your item once it passes through customs and your local delivery service if you have not chosen "shipping upgrade" on checkout.
*A reminder that international customers are responsible for
their country's respective customs fees, taxes, duties, G.S.T. or VAT fees.
*I cannot send goods via tracked courier to the Russian Federation unless you provide a business address and phone number (not residential).
