I do my best to adequately represent each of my products via photos and detailed descriptions. While I certainly hope you will adore your purchase and find no need to return it, if once you've received your item, you find you are still dissatisfied with your purchase, I will accept a return within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please convo me so we can discuss the issue and arrange for either a full refund (minus shipping) or store credit. I cannot accept exchanges, as each item is handmade, and thus one of a kind.
Items must be returned in their original and unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
Once I have received your return I will issue a refund or store credit per our conversation.

**ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL. I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON CUSTOM WORK. **

I currently accept payment via Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, and Direct Checkout (debit cards, all major credit cards). Full payment is required prior to shipment.

Shipping Address:
item will be shipped to the ETSY ADDRESS you have on file.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ETSY ADDRESS ON FILE IS YOUR ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS PRIOR TO ORDERING.
**Paypal Customers: To avoid complication please make sure your Paypal and Etsy Addresses match up.
**If you are ordering a gift item and need to have it shipped to another address please let me know prior to ordering.

Shipment:
**Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated.
**Please keep in mind I will do my very best to quote adequate shipping times BUT shipping times MAY VARY, especially around the HOLIDAYS, when shipping companies may by experiencing a large volume of shipments.

**US Customers:
All items are sent via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail with tracking and insurance, unless otherwise stated. (If you would prefer to have your item sent by another method, such as USPS First Class Mail, please message me prior to purchase, and I can accommodate your request.)

**International Customers:
I am happy to ship internationally. If you are interested in purchasing an item but do not see your countries shipping profile in the options, please message me prior to purchase and I will be happy to work out a shipping estimate specifically for you.

**International Orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail International, unless otherwise stated.
**Delivery times vary depending on your location and in some cases can take up to 31 days to arrive.**
**International Buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees or charges levied on packages by their home country**
**International items are shipped as 'merchandise', not as 'gifts'.

Custom Orders:
*Note: Shipment of a custom order is dependent upon the items complexity and time it will take to create. The time frame for production/shipment will vary on an individual basis. All Custom Orders are FINAL. Refunds will not be issued on custom work.
