Happy Halloween season! I will be posting shop updates here throughout the month. Our current "processing" time is 4-7 days and we are currently far ahead of schedule. We have a lot of orders but rest assured that I (Sarah) am working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week to get each mask made and out the door in time for all of your fabulous parties. We ask that you please keep in mind that this shop is authentically hand made, only one person is responsible for making each mask, and as that person it is my number one goal to make you look inspiring and gorgeous this Halloween season.
Despite being ahead of schedule I do encourage everyone who needs their mask by a strict deadline to consider upgrading shipping at checkout and if you'd like to inquire about a specific mask's turnaround time, please do so BEFORE placing your order so we can adjust shipping if necessary.
As always, please check the Ready to Ship category for all my items that are already made and ready to fly out the door.
Welcome to Visual Echoes Studio! We are at married couple creating, selling, and shipping from beautiful Lewiston, New York! Every item on display was conceptualized and hand made, in our studio, by us.
All ship times are current, we are shipping on time or ahead of schedule! :)
► CUSTOM DESIGNS
We do not offer custom designs at this time.
► Shipping in the U.S.
Please note that shipping times are not the same as creation/processing time for the masks. We are not resellers, we create each and every mask that is shipped. Shipping time effects ONLY how long the carrier will take to deliver the package. Please pay close attention to listings not only in our shop but all of Etsy to be sure your items will arrive when you expect.
► International Shipping
International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive, we unfortunately cannot guarantee international order arrival times, we can only guarantee when the mask is completed and leaves our studio.
► Masks that are shipped as gifts will arrive in a plain box, sent from Visual Echoes Studio. Inside the box, there will be an envelope with a note containing your personalized message (if included) and care instructions for the mask. If you would like to include a note longer than Etsy's 150 character limit, please send me a message directly and I will happily add it!

We apologize for not responding to you in a timely manner. Your question was regarding a made to order mask arriving by a designated date, after already purchasing it and electing for free shipping, and that mask arrived prior to your deadline. We always encourage customers to look at and refer to our product descriptions as those accurately explain ship times as well as how long it will take for the mask to be created. As always, we advise people who need masks sooner to upgrade shipping at checkout.

I entered the wrong address and my mask has already shipped, can I get a refund or replacement?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
