Shop policies
The shop is run by me, Jennifer, a graphic designer working between Emmaus, Pennsylvania and Barcelona, Spain. My lovely parents have been helping with the shop, keeping it running smoothly and efficiently. My mother is the genius behind the packing of these lovely items. My father helps out with photography.
We run another shop on Etsy, El Ritmo Retro (elritmoretro.etsy.com) where we specialize in vintage housewares and decor. Shipping can be combined between the stores so please don't hesitate to get in touch with shipping questions.

Returns and exchange details
All sales are considered final. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing. I am more than happy to provide additional measurements or photos to help you in your decision. If a flaw accidentally escapes my attention, please let me know within three days of receipt and I will work to remedy the situation. I will accept returns on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from your refund. Please don't send an item back to me without letting me know first. Items must be received in the original condition. My wish is that you love your vintage garment as much as its original owner!
If you find that an item has been accidentally misrepresented please bring it my attention and I will do everything possible to make it right - either by offering a discount or by offering a refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will accept returns up to 4 days from receipt. Only the purchase price will be refunded, not the shipping cost. Please communicate any dissatisfaction with me immediately and we will resolve together.
I cannot predict how a vintage item will wear and will not accept returns if an item becomes damaged after it has been received by the buyer. This applies especially to antique items, which can be especially delicate and prone to breakage. I try to estimate the wearability of my older items but cannot guarantee this. Antique silk should be considered especially delicate.

Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping fees on most packages within the USA and packages can be tracked online. All packages are sent via USPS, and Priority Mail and Express are available.
