Frequently asked questions
Who makes the art?
My art is handmade and personally shipped directly from my studio. No external agencies are used.
How is it shipped?
Shipping is via Canada Post/USPS, UPS, FED EX or DHL based on location. Small prints are sent by regular mail.
Paper prints are mailed flat or in a rigid mailing tube, depending on size.
Small matted prints are sealed in an acid free Clear Bag and mailed flat in a rigid un-bendable mailer.
Framed prints, large mats and canvas panels are shipped in a well packed rigid box.
How long does it take?
My production time is 1-5 business days + Shipping time of 2-6 business days to Canada / 4-10 business days to the USA.
International shipments are sent via Canada Post Tracked Packet, and include a tracking number. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks but can be longer depending on destination country customs processing time.
Are there additional taxes (VAT)
Purchasers outside the US and Canada will likely encounter additional VAT. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
