Hello! I'm Vicky, the maker behind Vivid Please. I illustrate and design all the quirky prints, stationery and accessories you find in this shop. Lately I've been branching out into phone cases and wooden brooches, and there's have plenty more exciting products and ideas in the pipeline that I can't wait to share with you. I'm inspired by retro humor, junk food and anything that's kitsch and curious...

Returns and exchanges
I can provide a full refund to you within 7 days of purchase provided the item(s) is/are in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping and handling fees for the return of your item(s). I recommend sending via recorded delivery to ensure the item(s) does not go missing in the post. Unfortunately I cannot refund missing item(s).
Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the item(s). Any refund amount is on the actual item and not the shipping.
If you used your PayPal balance or bank account for the order, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance.
If you used your credit or debit card for your order, the money will be refunded to your card. This may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement.
The refund will be credited to the sender in the currency of the original payment, using the same conversion rate used for the original payment.
I post first class to the UK and airmail internationally from Monday to Friday. Our products come nicely wrapped in either a hardback or bubble wrap envelope to make sure your product arrives safe and sound.

Within the UK I ship using Royal Mail First Class. This will take around 2-3 working days. If you require Recorded Delivery (Signed For) please email me and I can source the extra cost.
-- International Shipping --
Outside the UK Il ship using Royal Mail's Airmail service. If you require Recorded Delivery for tracking, please contact me and I can source the extra cost. International shipping will take longer than domestic shipping depending on the location. This can take up to 2-3 weeks, but usually takes around 10 working days.
I will always make sure to post your items in a timely manner during the holiday period to make sure you get your items on time, but please allow 1-2 business days for me to create and post your order. Please be patient during public and bank holidays as our post office is closed. When this happens I will ensure you are notified once your item has been popped in the mail as I know waiting is frustrating!

I will ship to your PayPal address, so please make sure your information is accurate. It would help us to match your PayPal address with your Etsy address so we can be sure your items are being shipped to the correct address.
