Most orders ship every Monday and Friday (depending on my work load).

For STICKERS ONLY orders, these will be sent out using snail mail options to keep shipping costs down for you guys, so they will take the same amount of time as regular mail. Of course, these will have upgrade options available. Stickers only orders will ship out everyday.

Unfortunately, I can't do any type of refund (money, product exchanges or discounts for damaged or lost mail). I'm not able to take the blame for the post system's responsibilities. However, I do take every precaution to package your items with utmost care. My store is very very very tiny (it's just me and me and me) and right now I'm not able to pay for these accidents. If you are worried about losing your order, I offer shipping that includes tracking so please choose this option if it is important to you. With that being said, please contact me if there are ever any issues, questions, or concerns.

All of my prints have a small border to allow for trimming. This is to accommodate frames and mat openings that are not exactly true to size.

Actual colors may vary slightly as these are hand made items. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. I try to edit photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

I manage my shop on my own with some occasional tiny helpers (my kids; ages 7 and 14) so most images of products are modeled by me or my children.

I have a partner that prints my t-shirts & mugs who ship directly to you to save us both on shipping! BUT I always order a test product before offering them in my shop. This way I know that the quality is good and I can take photos so you can see what the true design will look like on the product. Other accompanying images are for visuals only.
