Do you accept returns and exchanges?
As our items are made-to-order and created on a custom basis, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis in the event of defective or damaged items. If your item appears defective or damaged in any way, please do not hesitate to reach out, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
How long do I have to report a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How do I report a damaged or defective item?
Please get in touch with the seller and send a photo of the item. It wouldn't be necessary to return the items to us. A picture of the defect would be enough for us to consider reimbursement.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We provide a sizing guide with every item. Please consult the sizing guide before placing your order. All sizes follow international standards and are true to size. At the moment, we don't offer size exchanges unless the size of the received product doesn't match the measurements it has in its size guide. If that is the case, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will resolve the issue with you.
