Frequently asked questions
Our Process

Each vintage piece was sourced locally either at an estate sale, garage sale, or thrift shop in Hawai`i. We hand select every vintage piece base on quality, cut, and material. Every piece is washed following the garment’s care instruction or by hand. We repair loose seams, buttons, hems, and try to restore all items so they are in their best condition when they come to you. On occasion, we will transform a piece through minor or major alterations to make it more wearable.

Condition of garment

Most vintage items have been previously loved (some got more love than others) and will have wear to them. As vintage varies in age and condition, we use the terms below to describe the garment.

Exceptional Condition - No stain, wear, or noticeable damage.
Great Condition - Slight wear. Mended or no irreparable damage.
Good Condition - Wear and/or slight damage in the form of tiny tears, slight stains, rips, etc that have been mended or may be too fragile to be mended.

We do our best to note flaws, but may overlook small things from time to time. Please contact us if you have a concern about your purchase.
