Great. Thanks for the extra stickers- my daughter loved them. She loves her elephant and is looking forward to the first time she really needs it. The service was great in every way and very friendly. I'll be back!

I am currently only able to offer paypal for buyers from overseas.
Buyers from Europe, especially Germany, are welcomed to pay by bank transfer. When checking out choose 'Other' as your payment option and let me know in the 'note to seller' that you would like to pay by bank transfer. I will then send you my details.

I expect payment within 3 business days. If you have a problem doing so please convo me.
☆ I ship with Deutsche Post (German mail) by airmail. All items are sent on their long journey carefully wrapped and packaged. Small items in a bubble mailer, larger items in a box with the customs form attached.

German Mail now only only offers very limited rates.
Compact letter < 50 gramms
Maxi letter < 500 gramms
Maxi letter < 1000 gramms
You definately save shipping by buying more than one item! If you don't see what you like please do not hesitate to ask.

☆ How long?
I send all items that are not custom made within 2 business days after receiving your payment.
If you are an overseas buyer please understand that once I sent the item on its way I have no control over it. It may take its time to arrive so please be aware of this when needing an item for a certain date and maybe consider an shipping upgrade (for an extra $5. Please let me know in the 'note for seller' during checkout)

Just let me know you would like insurance added to your item so I can revise the invoice for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
☆ Return?
You are more than welcome to return your item at your own expense.
I will refund the price of the item (minus shipping) upon its arrival IF it arrives in original condition and you had contacted me about returning the item.
I cannot offer refunds for items that reappear at my doorstep without notice.
I am also unable to offer refunds for custom items since they have been made to your specifications, and I work very hard in trying to make your dreams and wishes come true.
