Hi Susan I am really sorry that your parcel is taking a long time to reach you. The latest update from our tracking system shows that your item has passed customs. As these are incredibly difficult and unusual times, I can only apologize for the inconvenience due to many reasons of which Covid and Christmas are making it even slower for the various couriers to deliver. Please do understand that there is nothing I can do from here once the parcel has passed customs. But I can assure you will receive your parcel. Best wishes Lili

1 out of 5 starsSeller promised shipment within 2 - 7 days. It wasn't until almost a month later when I complained to my payment provider to get a refund that seller shipped. Seller did not respond to my attempts to contact them concerning refund because Seller didn't respond to me that item was shipped. Item is acceptable, but it is overpriced by Seller. Disappointed by lack of service and professionalism.

Custom and personalised orders
Virtually Any item in my shop can be customized, and I would be happy to assist you in that endeavor! Purchase the item you would like customized, provide a note on your order, then contact me through the shop and we can pull together a plan to create the most awesome and unique item for your needs at no additional charge!
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
In order to provide you the best rate available for shipping, we use what is called "last mile shipping". What this means is DHL e commerce brings your item to your local postal service who will carry your item the last mile to your desired destination. So please check the progress of your package at this link until tracking picks up at USPS.com:

Tracking will pick up at USPS once DHL has handed the package of to your local center.
This process takes 7-10 days, so please allow for that when placing your order. If needed sooner, please upgrade to Priority Mail when offered. Please NOTE during High volume holidays we cannot offer the shipping upgrades.
Custom and personalised orders
We ship all over the world for what I think is a great rate! However, your item needs to go through customs in your country and I have no idea or way of predicting how long that may take. So please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery time and before inquiring where your item might be.

If you catch it and make a request before your item ships, I will most definitely help you get that changed. NOTE*** I CAN NOT change the address in Etsy, so your shipping notification will still have your item going to the old address. PLEASE don't email me to check on this. IF I tell you I got the address changed - you can be confident It is done.
IF YOU GIVE ME THE WRONG ADDRESS AND YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED, I'm afraid there is NOTHING I can do to assist. YOU can try to contact the postal service through their website.
I do not get returned or undeliverable items. I CAN NOT reship something. If you still want your item, please reorder it with the proper address

Sometimes accidents happen. When you purchase our insurance upgrade, if you accidentally damage your item, just send us a picture within 30 days and we’ll re-send you a new one for free.
