Shipment cost are free for Italy and European country.
Shipment cost are 5.00€ for Belgium, Austria and The Netherlands.
Shipment cost are 4.00€ for Norway.
Shipment cost are 10.00€ for UK.
Shipment cost are 6.00 for World.

If you Country is not included in our list but in World and you want to be sure about shipment cost, contact us to avoid issues.

Delivery times are 5-8 business day for European country, Norway, UK and Switzerland.
Delivery times are 8-10 business day for Denmark, USA, Canada, Latina America, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania.

Custom and personalised orders

We accept custom orders where you can choose details like: place, color, size and material.

Custom prints do take a little extra time to be created, so the price is higher (we can be sure about price increase only with your details).

Also if you choose some particular material or large size print it can be apply extra shipment cost.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please check your delivery before accept it in presence of the deliveryperson.

If you find damages, take some photos to documenting them and then you should refuse the delivery. Contact us and attach photos to start the process of replacement.

In the event that you have already accepted the order before spotting damages, please contact us right away providing photos of damage.

In case prints need to be shipped back, please keep original packaging or equivalent.

Can I ask for a specific dimension, paper or material?

Yes, you can ask us for a particular dimension, paper or material, also with an existing listing, not only for a custom order.
