I just received my heart necklace in the mail today and can't wait to wear it! Denise's piece are from the heart and gorgeous. Anyone looking for a unique piece should look no further. I can't wait to add more pieces to my collection!

Returns and exchanges
If the item is found defective or broken to no fault of the carrier, please contact me within 72 hours with images to determine whether the item is flawed or if it's the actual design of the piece and we'll take it from there. If the flaw is determined to be mine, the customer will be sent an address to which the item is to be shipped. It must be returned in unworn condition in it's original packaging with tags and receipt. I do not give refunds but I will gladly replace the piece with a new one. My customers are important to me and I will work to make you happy. I ask that the customer pays for return shipping to my studio.
I apologize that I cannot accept returns for aesthetic reasons and I do not give refunds. Most of my work is made expressly for you so take extra care when ordering especially with chain lengths and ring sizes. If you have any questions, please ask before ordering.

Shipping
Deliveries shall be made only to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please check the accuracy of your address before placing your order. VoXevangeline is not responsible if your purchase is lost in transit.
If your payment was made through Paypal, VoXevangeline will ship only to the address provided by them.
Once your pretty VoX is in the mail, I will personally notify you with the shipping information. My jewelry ships either by USPS Priority Mail or UPS with tracking information and insurance. The size of the package and the destination often decides for me. You should expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days.
VoXevangeline is not responsible for lost or stolen goods or if your order arrives damaged as a result of carrier mishandling. Please contact UPS or USPS to report and file a claim. If your package is returned to my studio due to a wrong address provided by the customer, a package refusal or the customer's absence in signing for a package, VoXevangeline is not responsible for additional shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL
For international orders, I ship USPS Priority Mail International with a customs number. Once your package leaves the United States, VoXevangeline is unable to track it. Please contact the carrier for all inquires. Depending on the destination, shipping across the pond can take from 10 days to 2 months for the package to arrive at your door. It will be worth the wait. I promise.
Additional policies and FAQs
If for any reason your piece cries out for a little TLC, for up to 6 months after your purchase date, contact me and I will gladly make the repair free of charge. After 6 months and depending upon the repair, there will be a small fee. I ask that the customer pays for shipping to and from my studio.
