Never received item. Accidentally shipped some where else. Had to purchase something else ASAP. However, after reaching owner there was great communication and refunded monies immediately!

All payments are made via PAYPAL.

Payment can be made using a credit card without signing up for a Paypal account, just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout process and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

Any unpaid transactions will be cancelled within 24 hours.

If you would like to reserve an item just contact us and we will gladly hold it for you for 48h. If you have a change of heart, please let us know as soon as possible so we can relist the item.
I use recycled packaging as much as possible and all delicate items are wrapped and boxed with utmost care.

Items are shipped within 3-4 business days after the payment has cleared. However we can of course make an exception if there is any urgency.

We ship to the address on your Etsy form, in case it varies from your Paypal address.


If you would like to send an item to a third party just send us a message and your item will be giftwrapped with a personalised note at no extra charge!
Please tell us what the message should read, and where and who we should mail it to, in the "note to seller" during the chekout process.


We keep our shipping rates low, which means that our items are literally shipped to you. If you just cant wait for that ship to dock, or you would like to puchase insurance, please contact us and we will adjust your final invoice.

Please note that the seller is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during transit if insurance is not purchased.

If there is an overcharge on shipping of $ 2.00 or more we'll refund you via Paypal.


Economic shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks, but depending on the individual countries customs regulations and postal service, it can take up to (and sometimes over) a month.
Please note that you are responsible for any and all customs and duty charges that may incur.


Refunds and Exchanges
Although our items have stood the test of time, please keep in mind that they are not perfect. We like to call them "pre-loved".

We try our best to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and images, however, an item may have a small flaw that has accidentally been overlooked. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns under reasonable circumstances:

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent out. Upon receipt of items we will offer a refund of the purchase price minus Etsy's listing fee to re-list the items (number of items returned x $0.20). Refunds do not include buyers original shipping costs or those incurred in the return. This policy is ony valid if you have contacted us within 3 days of receiving your item.
Additional policies and FAQs
Promo/Coupon Codes will occasionally be offered in the shop; to receive the discount, the coupon code must be entered in during checkout at the time of purchase.

Negative feedback is harmful feedback. If you are unhappy with a transaction, please inform us of the problem and give us the opportunity to resolve it.
