Returns and exchanges
ALL SALES FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a mistake it made on my end or certain circumstances warrant it. That being said, I stand behind all my items 100%. If have any issues with quality etc. please contact me and we can discuss. If a return does need to be made all items need to be returned in the same condition as I sent them. I take a lot of time and care to pack the items to avoid damage and I expect you to do the same =) For example if an item is returned and the finish is damaged I will need to take that into account when issuing the refund.
Payment
I expect to receive payment within 10 days via PayPal, Cashiers check, postal money order, or personal check. All funds need to be in U.S dollars.

If cancellations need to be made please let me know as soon as possible! Sometimes I ship on the same day the order was received.
Shipping
Please allow up to 1 week for delivery, custom or very large orders may take longer so please ask if you're on a deadline. I primarily use USPS Priority Mail. If you need express shipping or another carrier let me know and we can work something out.
