▼ No exchanges or refunds will be honored because the garment does not fit. Please be sure to compare your measurements to the measurements provided as tag sizes may not always be the best representation of fit.
▼ Most of our items are pre-loved and may show signs of wear, but we will notate this in the item description. We are human and it is possible that we may miss a few things from time to time. We will only offer refunds if an item has been largely misrepresented. Please contact the shop prior to making returns of this nature. We must be notified and the garment must be postmarked for return shipment within two days of delivery of the item. No exceptions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
▼ Items marked "RESERVED" are being held for another customer. Please do not purchase them. We will issue a refund for items purchased that are marked "RESERVED" and cancel the transaction.

▼ International orders usually ship by first class mail and normally arrive in one to two weeks. However, please allow up to three weeks for delivery. International buyers may incur customs charges from their local government. Please be aware of your country's policies on international orders and customs charges as they are the responsibility of the buyer.
▼ Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please message us BEFORE checking out if you would like expedited shipping as we will have to adjust the shipping price for you. Otherwise, your item will ship out using the standard shipping speed.
▼ All orders are shipped using USPS. We will not use a different shipping method. Tracking is included with all orders. We are not responsible for shipping times once the item has been released to USPS. The shipping dates provided by USPS are "expected" and not "guaranteed". If you want to ensure your package arrives by a certain date or time, please let us know PRIOR to making your purchase so that we may inform you of your shipping options.
▼ USPS offers insurance to cover the full amount of your order's purchase price (this does not include shipping costs). Please notify us prior to checking out if you would like to include insurance to cover your item in the event there's an issue with delivery. There is an additional shipping fee for this service.

▼ CARE: Some items may not have tags displaying the materials used or how to properly clean the items. It is suggested that you spot clean the items when necessary or take them to a professional cleaner. Our vintage items are at least 20 years old so it is best to treat items such as buttons and zippers with special care.
