My main shipping choice will be USPS shipping. All orders include a tracking number. I try to make shipping as little as possible, but price will vary throughout the years due to shipping rate increase from the USPS. (Shipping rates increase implemented by USPS on Jan 09, 2022)

IMPORTANT
Once the item is marked "shipped" and "accepted at USPS origin facility" then the item becomes the responsibility of the USPS and I will not be considered liable for the lost, damaged, or stolen package during the shipping process. You should contact your local USPS first and see what you can do. If you know your package was stolen, you should contact the police!

I do accept exchange, but ONLY if the item is not what you ordered (i.e. you ordered a pink hat, but received a purple hat or you ordered a keychain and got an ornament).

I take a lot of pride in my work and if you're unsatisfied because you ordered the wrong item, size, or color then I can not refund or exchange.

Processing time means how long it will take myself to complete the order while shipping time means how long it takes from when I ship the item out to when it gets to you.

Shipping time is dependent on the USPS, please be aware of the weather condition in your city, there may be delays. I have no power on the USPS and shipping time has nothing to do with my shop.

Downloading on computer will be best, most of the time you will not be able to download via mobile. If you have any issue with downloading the digital PDF, please contact me! Sometimes etsy has some glitch and I am more than happy to see what's going on and send you one through your email!

Yes you do, you should receive an email stating that I have purchased your shipping labels and the tracking number should accompany it or go to your order status on Etsy to retrieve the tracking number. (Tracking will be through USPS, unless stated otherwise)

Don't worry, sometimes it takes up to 24-48 hours for the shipping facility to scan and update the tracking number!

Upgrading shipping to priority doesn't mean that the processing time will be any faster or I will give your order any special treatments. You may get your package faster because of shipping, but shipping is still dependent on the USPS. So always look at both processing time and shipping and decide for yourself if you think upgrading to priority is right for you.

Keep in mind that I am based in California, USA (PST).

If you are messaging me from the states my time zone will be 3 hours behind from EST, 2 hours behind CST time, and 1 hour behind MST. Also, my time zone will be 2 hours ahead of Hawaii and 1 hour ahead of Alaska. When you message me for whatever reason, I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are messaging from a different country, search "time in California, USA". It will let you know what time it is over here. There is a chance it may be night time here or I am eating lunch! I will get back to you as soon as possible.
