Please contact us before attempting the refund process... details are outlined below of the general terms of the refund procedure.

If the item/s are being returned due to not fitting or unsuitable then you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

1)It is the customers responsibility for the item reaching us safely. I would advise having proof of postage.

2)If item/s are not in the condition that they left us in then we will not go through with the refund. If the item should be contaminated with any odours e.g. Perfume, aftershave, cigarettes, Febreze ect then it will be deemed as worn for purpose and the refund will not be granted.

3) If we find that the condition of the item is acceptable then we will refund you to the account you paid for the original transaction.

4) The refund will be for the amount of the garment only. We cannot refund and are not responsible for postal charges.

5) Your items must be sent back within 3 days of you receiving the item, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We do not accept returns on Custom Orders.

We don't accept responsibility for the item/s being damaged in the post, you would have to contact the postal service for compensation.

Items will not be shipped until the full payment has been received.

UK Deliveries,

Royal Mail signed for 1st Class which accounts for the extra costs.


International Orders.
Items are sent using Royal Mail International where we can, this is a tracked and or signed for service and has an estimated delivery time of 7 - 10 working days.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you wish to have a Custom Order made please contact us with as much information as you can provide, photos, sketches and your measurements. All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of HALF of the total order cost, example: £40.00 order requires a deposit of £20.00 which is non-refundable.

Please do not go ahead and buy an item that is listed on the site and say "can I have this in White" for example as we may not be able to accommodate you and there may be other charges and processes to go through with it being a custom order.

We are happy to talk about any idea you have but there will be some items that due to copyright we would not be allowed to reproduce, so please get in touch with us and let us know your ideas.

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Etsy and banking services hold your information. I do not store any information myself.
