I purchased this as a gift for a same-sex marriage. When the package arrived, it was so personalized and sweet, the artists even included a hand written note and some goodies for me. It was a treat to open! Can't wait to gift this photo, which I framed, my friends will love it!

About

Welcome to Skull Paradise!

Shawna and Jon began making art together in 2010 and Skull Paradise was born. At first, they only made paper mache Day of the Dead skulls, which they sold daily at the historic French Market in New Orleans' French Quarter. Overtime, they began making and selling original artworks, mugs, jewelry, t-shirts, and tote bags as well. Their artwork is heavily influenced by Mexican Day of the Dead, American traditional tattoo culture, and the city that they love, New Orleans. You can find an elements of those influences in every piece they create.

You can still find them almost every weekend set up at the French Market. They have also participated in national festivals such as Bonnaroo, The Pecan Street Festival in Austin tx, and Ink 'n Iron Music & Art Festival in Nashville, Tn. You can also find their artwork 7 days a week at Secondline Art & Antiques (1209 Decatur St.) and Zele (623 St. Peters st.) in the French Quarter along with Zele Uptown at 2865 Magazine st.

We have so much love for all loyal customers we've cultivated over the years. Every purchase from us goes to help build our small business and we could not be where we are today without you! Thanks for being a part of our story as well!
