NO customer service. After being told there was a two week turnaround, I placed an order on April 4th. It's June 20th and still nothing - we are both in Austin and his policies says he ships by USPS Priority, but he did not with my order. Said he would hand deliver a new order two weeks ago. I want a refund of my $216.50. Does not take his Etsy business seriously.

Seller did not respond to my message, print was bent when I received it as packaging was not sufficient to protect it while being shipped... however seller did include an extra print.

We're vrOOOOOm, a small art collective that began in Columbia, South Carolina, but has since moved to Austin. We've been around officially since August, 2007, but we did things before that under various side projects including Daemon Flushboy, MC Habeas Corpus, Platypussy Inc., Motherstamper Records, Pure Enjoyment Archives, The Red Rock Opium Den, and WUSC-FM Columbia. We're interested in fighting the deadly effects of brain drain and hopelessness that many young and young at heart experience in our region while making our own dreams a reality. We also like ice cream!

PRINTS: All of the prints we have for sale have been created by us. We never sell digital prints! Those are for cheaters! Each screenprint color is hand pulled using real screens, ink, squeegees, and muscle. Each intaglio etching print has come from a copper plate that has been personally inked and pressed.

...are a sad business, but we'll do it. You pay shipping (keep the free goodies) and we'll refund the money upon receipt. Just send us a conversation and we'll hammer out the details together!

Payment

Paypal, Check, Money Order. We ship after payment is received because we're starving artists here.

Shipping

We're now trying to limit shipments to Fridays, just to give us a chance to spend more time on assembling packages and *ugh* working part-time jobs. So expect your order to go out on the Friday following your order!

We do our best to keep cost down here. Everything ships out via USPS first-class mail, but even that can be changed if you talk to us first. Most prints and smaller items can ship out via Priority Mail for an additional 2 dollars. Items ship out a day after payment is received, so long as the post office is open. Insurance, any postal extras, etc... it's all available upon request.
