I am more than willing to work with you, granted communication is a must!
I do require a 3-5 day handling grace period, in which my OCD comes in handy and I meticulously pack your item as if it will be used in a demo for what may go horribly wrong in the shipping process.
One thing is for sure... I will treat your item like a cabbage patch kid freshly born and all you have to worry about is making sure it's forever home is ready and willing to give it the love it deserves! (;
IF by chance this is a gift and I need to speed up the delivery time in order to make someone a really happy camper.... PLEASE just message me and I will give it the same care, only faster!
Insurance is optional on most items but required for fragile glassware...already reflected in my shipping price.
(which is why really breakable things... will be more costly to ship!)
If I get carried away with the extra padding, I will always eat the cost and if I ever over estimate the cost more than $2, I will gladly refund the difference immediately after shipping!
ALTHOUGH, I package all items thoroughly, I can't be responsible for postal loss/neglect.
