I have a friendly, Earth conscious, open minded, vegan household that appreciates color, pattern, as well as simplicity. There is beauty in the imperfection of nature, as well as man. Things wake up when color is present, and shape and texture add joy to objects and their surroundings. My shop focuses on Quartz Crystals, Reiki, Feng Shui, Wabi Sabi, Herbalism, Polymer Clay, Buddhism, Gemstones, Malas, Jewelry and so much more. There will almost always be something of interest. I love accepting offers and working with my customers to allow items of beauty to be affordable for everyone. There is so much around us to be both present with and grateful for. What is Wabi Sabi? Wabi Sabi is a Japanese based philosophy and world view that true beauty and perfection can only be found in the imperfect. A broken tree, a crooked rock, an offset handmade clay bowl, or the grace of a woman's stretch marks. Perhaps the unique splash of a color offered by a birthmark on a cheek. So many of the things made available to us in our current world are both flawless and very manufactured. They lack character and story. They long for substance. Although there are some people who crave that uniformity, others need more. The art of Wabi Sabi offers balance and perspective to the reality of the natural world and existence. Therefore my greatest focus visually is to find the beauty in uniqueness. ~Toad
