Our products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items :) There may be a slight variation in color , texture and finish and is not to be considered a defect

We accept the returns/exchanges of the product in a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the package. It is important that the product retains its original , in good condition, unused and in the packaging with which it was received.

To complete your returns or exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we check that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Madriguera workshop is not responsible for lost or broken merchandise in transit to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to our study.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us.

If you receive your package damaged due to shipping , please contact us. We’ll diagnose the issue, and then offer to either replace the item or refund (your choice).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Made to order: the exchanges or returns aren't allowed in a custom order.

The payment is due within 48 hours of purchase, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel the order.

**Customs charges or taxes may be due when you receive your order depending on your country. These charges would be your responsibility.

The parcels will be ship within a few days after the payment. Choose your favorite type of shipping: standard or express.

Standard: By Postal service (Correos Spain)

The purchase is shipped as registered mail and you will receive it at home in 3 – 8 days (Spain or Europe ) and 15 days for other destinations.

Express: By FedEx international

You will receive your purcharse at home in 2 - 5 days

We can not assure you an exact delivery date, it depends on customs as well as the postal service in each country but you will be given a tracking number, so that, you can follow you package. You will receive notification with a tracking number when your order ships

If your order is not delivered in the estimated time, please contact us as soon as possible

We will claim your shipment to the courier service, which usually makes the delivery effective shortly thereafter, if not they have a period of one month to resolve.

If you would like to purchase extra insurance, please convo us.
Madriguera workshop will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal.

International shipping:
International orders are shipped via Postal Mail and insured for full value. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

We cannot mark merchandise shipped overseas as a gift or otherwise lie about the product’s value to skirt or reduce customs fees.
