Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product I do accept returns. If this happens, please convo me within 3 days of receipt and return the package at your cost and I will issue a full refund minus the original shipping fees. I do take pride in my work and carefully inspect all products before shipping them out but please keep in mind they are handmade goods.

Shipping
Please see shop announcement for current turnaround times. All items are shipped from Canada. I ship using regular Canada Post. This usually means that it takes approximately 4 to 10 business days in Canada and 7-14 business days in the US for the item to arrive. In rare instances the item can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. Everywhere else the item can take 15 to 20 business days. Tracking number is NOT provided. If you would like a tracking number please convo me to set up a custom listing.

I will ship using the address provided by Etsy, please make sure this is correct or send me a message when you checkout for any address changes.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing
