About WaggleWear
One Special Little Girl Started It All
My little Yorkie, Riley, was my inspiration for Waggle Wear. Due to her alopecia, winters were COLD and summers caused sunburn. I never had much luck finding sweaters and coats that provided enough coverage so I decided to make them myself. Using high quality fleece I made a sweater that covered her whole back and all 4 legs. When I showed people what I had made for my 2 pups, they asked me to make some for their dogs and even their friends dogs. At my daughter's suggestion, I opened my Etsy shop.
Fast forward to today – I've expanded my line to include additional fleece winter wear, wedding attire, collar & tie sets, t-shirt knit shirts and pajamas, dresses and tank tops. I've added items that fit the bigger dogs and even customized clothes for some cats! I’m proud to say that my products continue to be of the highest quality, 100% handmade in the USA. I'm picky. :)
I love working with my customers! I've “met” so many wonderful people around the world…and being just a small part of creating the perfect wedding is just plain fun!
Bottom line? Your pet’s comfort and your happiness are my goals.
** Unfortunately, since opening my shop I’ve lost my little Riley, my inspiration, but her memory lives on – in my logo, in her own video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKWJkLAkYn8), and most of all, in my heart.

Shop policies
All of my dog clothes are hand made by me in my home. I pride myself on making sure they are of the highest quality - I won't sell anything that I wouldn't have my own pups wear. I'm picky - but in a good way. :)
I offer items for both small AND big dogs, and have a variety of clothing options for all seasons. Feel free to contact me for custom orders, ideas, and requests. I'd be happy to help!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
For any order that is returned because of an error on my part, a return shipping label will be provided and a replacement item will be sent.
Exchanges: For exchange requests that are not a result of an error on my part (ordered the wrong size, color, etc.) shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility and a $4.00 shipping charge for the replacement(s) item will be charged. Replacements will be shipped upon receiving the returned item(s) in "new" condition. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
Returns: For return requests that are not a result of an error on my part (ordered the wrong size, color, etc.) shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility and a $2.00 restocking fee will be charged for each returned item.
Note that Custom Orders are not returnable, so PLEASE make sure to measure your pet.

Sales tax is added when applicable.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
PLEASE verify that you have the correct shipping address on your user account. Customers who have an incorrect shipping address on their account are responsible for additional shipping costs needed to re-ship items to the correct address once they are returned to me.

Posted shipping charges APPLY TO ORDERS WEIGHING 8 oz OR LESS.
Shipping rates increase approximately 60% for orders over 8 oz. FOR ANY ORDER THAT WEIGHS OVER 8oz, I WILL CONTACT YOU WITH THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges (duties, taxes, customs, etc.) for international orders. I recommend purchasing postal insurance. Please contact me if you would like to add insurance fees to your shipping costs.
