I love this canister and hope to get another larger one. I like the fact that no two are exactly the same. I also received my canister very quickly and was pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for visiting my shop! I am pleased to share my pottery with you and hope you find something here you like.

Firings occur once or twice during the year at which time I add to my inventory. Feel free to convo or email me if you have any questions.

My pottery is non-toxic, lead-free and safe for food, microwave, and dishwasher (unless otherwise noted). It is, however, important not to take a pot from the refrigerator directly to the oven. Extreme temperature changes may cause the pot to crack.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Prices are in USD. PayPal is my preferred form of payment.
Shipping
Shipping pottery is especially difficult because it is so fragile. Each piece is unique with differing dimensions, weight, and destination. I try to make reasonable estimates based on the type of packaging, weight, and distance it must travel.

If my estimate exceeds my cost by greater than $5.00, I will submit a refund check when I ship the item. If I underestimate my expense by greater than $5.00, I will send you a revised bill for the difference.

If you prefer to know the exact shipping cost, you may email me and I will calculate the exact amount.

I ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) for smaller pieces. Shipping large items such as a kimono or large pot may require a professional service with insurance. Without insurance I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

I do carefully wrap and tape each item with two inches of bubble wrap and surround it with two inches of peanuts. I will package your pottery in as few boxes as possible for the best rate and still protect your purchase.

Unless I hear from you, I will assume you agree with my suggestions above.

If you have any questions about shipping costs, please do email me (cwagner@mac.com) or initiate a conversation.

I will ship your pottery between 1 and 3 business days after receiving payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Above all, I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and we can negotiate. I prefer to avoid exchanges if at all possible because of the possibility of damage in the return shipment.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do my best to provide photographs which represent the quality of my work. Color and texture variation is part of the beauty of wood firing. Ash deposit and carbon trapping contribute to the delightful irregularity of wood-fired pottery. These irregularities define and add to the pleasure of owning wood-fired pottery. Please convo me if you desire further information. I love talking about the process.
