Returns and exchanges
We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but If you are not happy with please notify me by email within ten days of the ship date on the package. Once contacted I'll provide you with an authorization number and then your item must be returned unworn and in perfect condition along with the copy of receipt for a full store credit of the purchase price of the jewelry. (Please do not ship back items without the return authorization - I will not accept delivery.) After ten days all sales are final.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders are final sale.
Re-Sizing: We would be happy to re-size any bracelet for a flat fee of $2.50 plus shipping costs.
Repairs:
If a piece needs repair, there is no repair charge for jewelry less than 90 days old, but there will be a shipping charge. For jewelry more than 90 days old, there is a minimum $10 per piece repair charge, plus shipping.
